Privacy

Kingsmen attendance is run by the Newcastle Kingsmen organisers to plan practices.

What we store

• Your name and, if an organiser added it, your phone number. Members' numbers are only visible to organisers; organisers' own numbers appear as "Message" buttons on the sign-in page so people can ask them for a link.
• Your answers and notes for each practice date (the team can see these).
• Sign-in records: which device is signed in, and passkey public keys (never your face or fingerprint).

Who processes it

The app runs on Cloudflare (Workers and D1, EU-located database). WhatsApp messages are sent by organisers from their own phones; the app itself sends nothing.

Your choices

Ask an organiser to remove you or erase everything about you. Erasing deletes your record and answers permanently.
